8.2 Effect of Closure on Balances
Where an account is closed due to a player's own voluntary request or due to responsible gaming self-exclusion, any verified real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable checks are completed. Bonus funds are forfeited upon closure regardless of the reason.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to applying any inactivity measure, 7z778 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered mobile number. After 12 months of inactivity, an administrative fee of ৳50 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance to cover account maintenance costs. Severability

Entire Agreement
